[job_card.job_description]Conduct initial prescription review in Frameworks Perform final medication verification and accuracy checks Oversee technicians and maintain efficient workflow Dispense medications in compliance with pharmacy regulations Support high-volume operations (~600 prescriptions / day) Help maintain a culture of precision, speed, and collaboration Active, clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license Previous pharmacy experience (LTC preferred; open to new grads) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Team-focused attitude — client values reliability and professionalism Strong need for two pharmacists — great opportunity to make an impression Excellent technician support and leadership engagement Training available on Frameworks system Growth-minded, accuracy-driven workplace
We are seeking a motivated and efficient Staff Pharmacist to join a rapidly growing closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Foxborough. This 13+ week contract-to-hire role offers a steady evening schedule, supportive team environment, and a chance to make a strong impact with a client actively expanding their pharmacy team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy and patient safety, this is a great opportunity to step into a long-term role.
Term of Assignment : ASAP start – 13+ week contract-to-hire

- Monday – Friday(With rotating weekends)
- Closed-door LTC environment with evening hours
