We are seeking a motivated and efficient Staff Pharmacist to join a rapidly growing closed-door long-term care pharmacy in Foxborough. This 13+ week contract-to-hire role offers a steady evening schedule, supportive team environment, and a chance to make a strong impact with a client actively expanding their pharmacy team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment focused on accuracy and patient safety, this is a great opportunity to step into a long-term role.

Term of Assignment : ASAP start – 13+ week contract-to-hire

Schedule :

  • Monday – Friday(With rotating weekends)
  • Closed-door LTC environment with evening hours

Job Duties :

  • Conduct initial prescription review in Frameworks
  • Perform final medication verification and accuracy checks
  • Oversee technicians and maintain efficient workflow
  • Dispense medications in compliance with pharmacy regulations
  • Support high-volume operations (~600 prescriptions / day)
  • Help maintain a culture of precision, speed, and collaboration

    • Requirements :

  • Active, clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
  • Previous pharmacy experience (LTC preferred; open to new grads)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
  • Team-focused attitude — client values reliability and professionalism
