Tresco is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Therapist to provide therapy services for children with developmental disabilities and their families. This role also includes training and supervision for families, students, and professionals in the areas of communication development and family systems. Deliver family therapy and behavioral consultation services to children and families.
Document all billable services accurately and timely to meet compliance standards.
Conduct evaluations and assist in developing Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) .
Work as part of the TOTS Evaluation Team to qualify families for NMFIT services.
Provide emotional support, counseling, and intervention strategies for families.
Collaborate with Family Service Coordinators and interdisciplinary team members.
Train and mentor parents, students, and professionals through workshops and coaching.
Provide both center-based and home-based services .
Assist in managing CYFD cases and contribute to program development activities.
Participate in reflective supervision and ongoing professional development.
Education : Master’s degree in counseling or related field.
Licensure : Current certificate of clinical competence from the NM Counseling & Therapy Practice Board.
License : Current PLCC license from the State of New Mexico.
Experience : Minimum 3 years providing family therapy services preferred.
Other Requirements :
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
General background check & NM Department of Health fingerprinting.
Competitive pay : $29–$34 / hr
