Transaction Analyst

A company is looking for a Transaction Analyst to support real estate transaction activities for a leading technology client.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and report on lease terminations, renewals, and rent changes

Track lease information, property values, and rental rates

Assist with local transaction implementation and facilitate the closeout process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education

Experience with commercial real estate transactions and financial analysis is a plus

Strong financial analysis skills are highly desired

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Intermediate math skills for financial calculations
