A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support software application design, development, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering and business units within an agile team using the Scrum framework
Develop and document business requirements, create reports, dashboards, and metrics
Identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and performance of systems and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Experience working with Salesforce for at least 2 years
International Education / Exchange experience preferred
