About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Database Engineer to consult on complex, large-scale initiatives that impact enterprise-level database systems. In this role, you will analyze and resolve multi-faceted challenges, requiring deep technical expertise and strategic thinking. You will collaborate closely with client teams to design and implement solutions that align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical consultation on complex database engineering projects with broad organizational impact.
• Review and analyze large-scale or long-term database challenges, considering multiple factors and innovative approaches.
• Contribute to resolving complex issues by applying a strong understanding of database architecture, policies, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate strategically with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of database solutions.
• Lead efforts on medium-to-high profile projects involving incremental changes to database services and operational reporting.
• Work with approved Microsoft technology stack products, including Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) .
• Manage partner relationships by defining technology needs, timelines, deliverables, and communication strategies.
