WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

The Project Manager manages telecom and dry utility projects independently and oversees the design process and technical staff members. In this role, you will actively participate in project design and production phases, gaining experience in project and client management under the guidance of Senior Leaders. You will also be responsible for ensuring the completion of the QA / QC process on projects. This role works closely with Senior Leaders on additional projects. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and profitability of assigned projects, as well as managing the engineers and staff. You'll gain exposure to public and private sector projects, including fiber and wireless telecommunications infrastructure, underground and overhead dry utility design, and coordination with utility providers and municipalities.

Once selected to join our team, you will :

• Manage telecom and dry utility projects for public and private sector clients
• Ensure the completion of the QA / QC process for all assigned projects
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting and forecasting
• Maintain frequent communication with clients regarding project progress
• Prepare and review proposals and contracts
• Oversee technical staff and support professional development and performance
• Foster a strong team culture and mentor technical and production staff
• Assist in executing strategic and / or sales plans for your team
• Perform other duties as assigned
