Job Description

This is a benefited, full time position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Located at the Jefferson clinic in Oceanside, but expected to float to Encinitas & Oceanside (on Mission) Coastal Clinics as needed.

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Work collaboratively with the other members of this small office by “jumping-in” and providing support to our patients and members of our care team.
• Assisting providers with procedures as necessary.
• Perform Triage and other support functions as needed.
• Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
• Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
• Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

Position Pay Range: $47.81-$70.93/hour

Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state. Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:

• ADN or Nursing Diploma

Required Certification/Registration:

• CA RN license
• BLS from American Heart Society

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:

• BSN
• 1 year clinical RN experience
• Previous OBGYN experience
• Triage experience
• NST/AFI Certified
