About the Role

With over 50 years of expertise in payroll processing, we are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to leverage their analytical, design, programming, and testing skills to develop robust software systems. You will collaborate closely with the Product and Design team as well as Tech Leads / Architects, guiding the technical direction of various projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze project and software requirements as part of designated work packages, adhering to our standards of methodology, style, and quality.
• Design, code, and test software aligned with project needs and our company's quality standards.
• Execute technical tasks, including unit testing, to uphold our internal quality and control processes.
• Mentor and supervise junior Software Engineers on assigned tasks.
• Serve as a technology authority, making recommendations on technical policies within overarching programs.
• Assist in drafting project proposals and identify design aspects with potential patent opportunities.
