The Vertex Global Human Resources Co-Op program is a 6-month experiential training program for students currently working towards graduate or advanced degree in Human Resources Management, or other related fields. If you are passionate, collaborative, and growth-minded, a co-op at Vertex will help you gain meaningful experience in our manufacturing functional areas and serve as a launchpad for your career.

What you will be doing :

• Contribute to Org. Development & Culture projects with a focus on supporting talent management and org. design initiatives
• Conduct analysis on Org. Development & Culture efforts and their overall impact to the business, e.g., usage of Org. Design and talent management resources
• Monitor and analyze Org. Hygiene data to identify trends and areas of concern based on Org. Design principles; support and fulfill data requests; provide recommendations for process, technology and automation enhancements to the Org. Hygiene governance and monitoring approach
• Support Talent Management practices through gathering data and analysis efforts; understanding trends and needs for our internal talent.
• Design and develop clear communication and knowledge management articles to engage stakeholders around talent development processes and actions.
• Conduct research and analysis on Org. Design and Talent Management best practices and trends to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide general administrative support to the Org. Design and Talent Management teams, including preparing reports, and coordinating related events e.g., training.
