The Opportunity :

We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time Project Accountant to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of our downtown Tempe, Arizona office.

We are experts in environmental planning, cultural resource management, community planning, and landscape architecture design services. Your Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and maintain projects in database.
• Maintains project billing schedules and budget information.
• Prepares complex project billings and supplementary information.
• Performs accounts receivable collections, as requested, and manages work in process billings.
• Works closely with project managers to review contracts, project costs, budgets, and schedules.
• Assists with month-end bookkeeping duties, as required.
• Assists with other clerical tasks, as requested.
• Demonstrates accurate judgment about the applicability of project cost accounting, federal cost accounting standards, and federal / state payroll and payroll tax regulations to numerous accounting situations.
