Position Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze video requested for confidential investigations related to accidents, complaints, and asset protection matters within a multi-unit portfolio, ensuring prompt and accurate reporting of findings in support of our “store first” culture.
• Collect and provide video to external parties such as law enforcement or in response to a subpoena as per company policy.
• Assist in providing technical support to CCTV users and other duties related to the CCTV system as assigned.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities and initiatives that result in continuous improvement and outcomes of the risk management and asset protection team.
• All other duties as assigned.
