[job_card.job_description]Collaborate with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and system reliability. Participate in scope assessment, risk, and cost analysis following SDLC and PMLC methodologies. Lead and mentor team members, providing testing management for ongoing and future projects. Develop and implement testing strategies and plans, ensuring timely project deliverables. Review and approve test plans, scenarios, and scripts to ensure technical accuracy and compliance. Maintain and update application documentation as needed. Proficiency in Selenium, Java, and Cucumber. Experience with SQL and API testing using Postman or Rest Assured. Strong initiative and self-learning capabilities. Ability to drive tasks independently with an ownership mindset. Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.
