What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy across Civilian, Defense, and Intelligence Community sectors
  • Secure 8–16 new Federal logos annually and grow revenue from top existing accounts
  • Develop and scale strategic partnerships with FSIs and channel partners
  • Build, lead, and coach a high-performing Federal sales team to deliver consistent, measurable impact
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success leading complex Federal sales and procurement cycles — no exceptions
  • 15+ years’ Federal sales experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Deep understanding of acquisition processes across Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence
  • Active Top Secret clearance (TS / SCI strongly preferred)
