Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Administrative Associate 3 / Program Coordinator to work with our client, a world-renowned academic institution. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and program coordination support within the Office of the Vice Provost and Dean of Research. This position plays a critical role in supporting complex programs, events, and financial operations while ensuring accuracy, organization, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
Oversee and / or perform duties associated with scheduling, organizing, and operating complex conferences, seminars, and events, including vendor coordination, logistics, materials production, and budget management.
Compose, draft, edit, and proofread documents and correspondence for presentations, reports, grants, conferences, and seminars; conduct research, editing, and fact-checking as needed.
Create, maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of content across documents, reports, brochures, websites, and social media.
Oversee and / or process complex financial transactions; monitor, reconcile, and report on budgets; identify and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with capital or special equipment requests and vendor selection as needed.
Lead and support the administrative functions of a program or unit, ensuring efficient workflows and process improvement.
Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with university policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, faculty, and external partners.
Must-Have Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and six (6) years of administrative experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Advanced computer skills with demonstrated experience using office software, spreadsheets, and email applications.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on deliverables.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and take ownership of assignments while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated sound judgment and independent decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting academic, research, or administrative programs.
Experience coordinating events, managing budgets, and handling complex administrative workflows.
Familiarity with university or large institutional environments.
