Job Title : Registered Nurse – Med / Surg & Telemetry

Assignment Type : Travel Nursing

Unit : Med / Surg & Telemetry

Start Date : December 8, 2025

End Date : March 8, 2026

Duration : 13-week contract

Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1,360 - $1,460 per week

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license (Nursys verification required)

Minimum 1 year of recent Med / Surg and / or Telemetry nursing experience

Ability to float to other Med / Surg and Telemetry units as needed

Completion of onboarding checklists and competency exams

Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, TB, Varicella, Tdap, Fit Test, and others as required)

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Strong communication and teamwork skills

RN Responsibilities – Med / Surg & Telemetry

Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in Med / Surg and Telemetry units

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and clinical responses

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Float to other units as needed to support patient care needs

Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
