Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Position type : Full-time / Contract

Duration : 6+ Months

Location : Philadelphia, PA – onsite-hybrid

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Japanese-speaking customers, providing support in both Japanese and English.
  • Handle inquiries related to claims, benefits, enrolment, member portals, and ID cards.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access and update customer information.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Native-level fluency in Japanese and strong English communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Preferred experience in a call center or the healthcare industry, with a medical background being a plus.

    PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

    Pay Range : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.

    Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
