Job Description :

The Clinical Educator acts as an expert clinician, educator, consultant and researcher. In collaboration with nursing& medical staff, the Clinical Teacher-Educator monitors the clinical care of patients and provides clinical support to improve patient care and patient

Qualifications

Education :

Master of Science in Nursing in area of specialization.

Experience :

Minimum of five years acute care nursing experience; demonstrated experience in clinical program development, outcomes management, and teaching. Cardiac Subspecialty required if working in Critical Care Area.

Technical Skills :

Demonstrate a working knowledge of the current Nevada State Board of Nursing Practice.

License / Certification :

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada. Certification in area of specialization is highly desirable. Current BLS Certification.
