Key Responsibilities
Handle escalated technical support cases across various communication channels
Diagnose and resolve issues related to device activation, account configuration, and network connectivity
Create and refine support documentation and identify opportunities for automation
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting consumer hardware or technology products
Familiarity with device setup, activation flows, or basic networking concepts
Prior experience providing support via email, chat, SMS, or phone
Comfort working with modern support and collaboration tools
