CareCore at Margaret Hall is a beautiful, five-star facility recognized by U.S. News as one of the Best Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities. We are seeking a full-time Admissions Director to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents and families with the move-in process
Completing all admission paperwork and documentation
Providing facility tours to potential residents and families
Managing and responding to referrals in a timely manner
Conducting community outreach to support census growth
Handling insurance verification and pre-certifications
Qualifications:
Previous admissions experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a healthcare environment (preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
