JOB SUMMARY:

The Virtual Event Producer will be responsible for the seamless execution of over 230 webinars and 7 virtual conferences annually for the Accountants Education team within the Professional Tax Group, ensuring a world-class educational experience for customers and prospects. The role entails comprehensive management from the initial setup, execution of virtual events using the Goldcast platform, to post-event activities, including content and data administration. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across departments to enhance operational efficiency and event quality, focusing on process improvements and customer satisfaction through detailed coordination and innovative use of technology.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Lead the setup and execution of all virtual events, including logistics, content delivery, and technical aspects.
• Manage content in the Education Resource Center, publish live and on-demand webinars, podcasts, and handle post-event data analysis and reporting.
• Provide exceptional support to presenters and attendees, ensuring a seamless experience from pre-event preparation to post-event follow-up.
• Oversee all aspects of customer and speaker support, including scheduling, managing recordings, and handling inquiries.
• Experiment with and implement new processes and approaches to continuously improve event quality and effectiveness.

Must have Skills

• Strong proficiency in virtual event platforms (Goldcast preferred), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Proven track record of diligent attention to detail and a customer service-oriented mindset.

Industry Experience:

• Familiarity with the tax and accounting industry and continuing professional education accreditation (NASBA and IRS CE) is advantageous but not mandatory.
