We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cerritos, California. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in a showroom environment while supporting various sales and operational functions.

Responsibilities :

• Provide outstanding customer service to showroom visitors, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support cross-functional tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in training employees on outdated systems to ensure smooth transitions and effective use.
• Represent the company with attention to detail at tradeshows, requiring travel for 3-day trips up to 4-6 times per year.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding promptly to customer inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Manage order entry, data processing, and email correspondence with attention to detail.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain accurate records and support reporting needs.
• Ensure high levels of organization and multitasking to meet customer and business demands.
• Maintain a welcoming and well-organized showroom environment while standing for extended periods.
• Leverage problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a showroom or product-based setting.
• Fluency in Spanish is required for this position.
• Familiarity with tradeshows and the ability to travel for 3-day trips, up to 4-6 times per year.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting.
• Capability to stand for long durations while engaging with customers.
• Proven ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling, and email correspondence.
• Demonstrated multitasking skills and attention to detail for accurate order entry.
