• Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 : 30 pm with 30 minute unpaid lunch
• 8 - 10 patients per day
• Outpatient setting
• 60 minutes for new patients, 20 - 30 minutes for follow ups
• Adult to geriatric patient population
• Hospital privileges required
• 6 - 12 month assignment with 6 month minimum
• 90+ day credentialing process
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
