Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Your Role :

In this role, you will :

• Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care using the nursing process
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care
• Anticipate and recognize significant changes in patients' conditions and respond appropriately
• Implement strategies to enhance patient safety and reduce risks
• Facilitate discharge planning and apply evidence-based practice consistently
• Contribute to unit outcomes and engage in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Completion of an accredited Nursing program
• Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, and perform various physical tasks associated with patient care.
