Key Responsibilities

Lead a solution delivery team through the complete implementation lifecycle, ensuring adherence to implementation standards and performance measurements

Manage project budgets and resource capacity, while providing guidance to achieve efficient implementation execution and quality deliverables

Support Sales and Program Management in negotiating and closing services contracts, while fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5 years of experience managing an implementation team delivering complex custom software solutions

Management experience is required

Knowledge of the payments industry

Extensive customer-facing experience
