Seeking a controller for a private equity management company. Responsibilities include preparing quarterly / annually financial statements, budget, and audit. Managing accounts payable / receivable and supporting company distributions. Collaborating with HR on performance agreements. Must be a team player with a passion for accounting. Preferred experience in private equity management. Proficiency in QuickBooks.
