Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing professionals to deliver top talent
Partner with business leaders to design recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee full-cycle recruiting and build strong talent pipelines for various roles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years managing a recruiting team
Experience supporting corporate functions such as Legal and Finance preferred
Thorough knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics required
Must have legal right to work in the U.S
