Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available at a K-12 school located in Hampstead, NC. This contract position is set to begin immediately and will continue through June 2026. The role involves working primarily with a mild-to-moderate disability caseload in a supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement adaptive curriculum tailored to the needs of students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Collaborate with a teaching assistant and a registered behavior technician to support student learning and behavior
• Manage classroom activities and individualized instruction for one student
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with state and school guidelines
• Participate in regular meetings and communication with school staff and administration
