Electrical Engineer

We're looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to do more than push drawings. This role is for someone who enjoys solving real design challenges, collaborating closely with architects and engineers, and seeing their work translate into high-performing buildings across the Bay Area.
You'll join a technically strong, design-focused team and take ownership of electrical systems from concept through construction support. The work is varied, fast-moving, and suited for an engineer who is comfortable taking initiative and applying sound judgment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop electrical systems for commercial and institutional building projects
- Engineering calculations (load calculations, short circuit calculations, generator sizing, voltage drop, Title 24 compliance forms)
- Coordinate closely with internal disciplines, architects, and clients
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals; provide construction-phase support
- Participate in client meetings and design reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards
What We're Looking For
