Conduct initial screening calls and collaborate with managers to define role requirements

Present job offers to successful candidates and manage onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role

Background in recruitment, including screening and interviewing candidates

Experience in performance coaching

Proficiency in English

Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
