The Colorectal Surgery and Urology Unit is dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients who have undergone surgical procedures in a state-of-the-art facility featuring 22 semi-private rooms.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in a variety of clinical procedures, including chest tube insertion, central line placement, wound vac changes, NG tube placements, and catheter care.
• Assess, coordinate, and implement comprehensive care plans for patients, ensuring a smooth transition throughout their hospital stay.
• Administer medications and treatments, and accurately document care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Evaluate diagnostic tests and analyze results to inform patient care strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary nursing team to develop and modify individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance to auxiliary personnel while upholding high professional nursing standards.
