Join RV Country as an RV Service Advisor and be an essential part of our busy service department! This position keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly by coordinating work orders, communicating with customers, and supporting the service team to ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish. Job Responsibilities

• Create work orders, including working directly with the customer during the diagnostic, quoting, repair, and invoicing (or claim creation) processes.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department to ensure clear communication and excellent service.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to schedule and track repairs efficiently.
• Review and verify all documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and addressing questions or concerns promptly.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Previous service advisor/writer experience required
• RV service experience
• High school diploma or GED
