Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and intellectually curious Software Engineer with 23 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot and a passion for continuous learning and innovation. Experience with containerization cloud platforms and AI-assisted development tools is highly valued. Were looking for candidates who are eager to dive into the details learn quickly and grow with us

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Make changes and improve the performance on monilith application.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and development practices.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. code assistants automated testing etc.) to improve development efficiency and quality (nice to have).

The national average salary range for this role is$100-125k in base pay exclusive of any bonuses and base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience performance and internal pay alignment. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however from time to time it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
