Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries regarding policies coverages billing and claims. Analyze renewal and expiration reports to identify and act on retention opportunities. Assist clients with quotes coverage explanations and policy options. Collaborate with producers and account managers to ensure seamless client support. Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency procedures. Active 220 license (Required). 2 years of experience in an independent agency. Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance. Small commercial lines experience. Familiar with Citizen Insurance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Competitive salary with incentive opportunities.
