User Experience Strategy : Champion user-centered design principles, and drive initiatives to optimize end-to-end user experiences across enterprise systems. Supporting Digital Transformation : Contribute to modernization efforts by developing strategies to enhance manufacturing capabilities through innovative technical solutions. Advanced Problem-Solving, Troubleshooting and Debugging Abilities : Proven expertise in solving complex technical challenges and architecting enterprise solutions, with deep analytical capabilities and systematic approach to problem resolution. Business Acumen : Demonstrated ability to shape organizational strategy, optimize enterprise processes, and identify transformational opportunities. Technical Leadership and Expertise : Proven expertise of data platforms that support business applications, including proficiency in Structured Query Languages, databases, reporting platforms, and BI / Analytics tools. Proficiency of the TSQL querying language, complex query optimization, and database performance tuning; MS SQL Server preferred. Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API design, and modern integration platforms; Workato or Epicor Automation Studio, and Azure Data Factory preferred. Understanding of ERP systems architecture and implementation strategies; Epicor Kinetic and Aptean Workwise Edition preferred. Advanced capabilities in BI architecture, data modeling, and analytics solution design; Epicor Grow and MS Power BI preferred. Advanced understanding of low-code platform capabilities and enterprise automation strategies; Workato or Epicor Automation Studio, and MS Power Platform preferred. Strong background of DevOps practices and version control; Azure DevOps and Git preferred. Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse stakeholders. Accountability and Self-ownership : Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful project delivery. Collaboration : Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments while forging positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors. Continuous Learner : Proven track record of identifying emerging technologies and methodologies, driving adoption of best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Time Management : Exceptional ability to manage complex project portfolios, allocate resources strategically, and balance competing organizational priorities. Change Leadership : ?
