Who You Are

We're looking for a razor-sharp MBA or health-related graduate student to join our team as part-time Market Intelligence Fellow. You're the ideal candidate if you have a passion for health equity, exceptional research and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and impact.

In this fully remote role 10-15 hours per week, you'll work closely with our Head of Scale to monitor industry trends, conduct in-depth research, and synthesize findings into actionable insights that will help us expand the reach of our evidence-based community health worker programs. You thrive in ambiguity, excel at critical thinking, and have a talent for connecting the dots to identify long-term opportunities and risks.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to healthcare, social determinants of health, and community health workers
• Conduct in-depth research using various sources, including industry publications (e.g. Health Affairs, CMS data, KFF reports), financial data, and market intelligence tools
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations, connecting the dots between disparate pieces of information to identify long-term opportunities and risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, finance, services) to support strategic decision-making, providing data-driven insights to guide the organization's growth and impact
