Proposal Manager

Overview

Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and program management firm based in California. We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and elevate Proposal-Pursuits proposal development, and strategic input with capture efforts across all four business sectors including Energy, Water, Transportation, Education-Facilities. The Proposal Manager is responsible for managing highly strategic pursuits, developing winning proposal content, leading teams through the entire pursuit lifecycle : Pre-Capture, Capture, Proposal, Post-Submittal, Execution. In addition to high level strategic discussions on process improvement, mentorship and forward-looking ideas, this position serves as a strategic partner to Sector VPs, Operations, and Business Development staff, and plays a vital role in maintaining Cordoba's excellence in client service and delivery. This role is central to strengthening Cordoba proposal pursuit discipline, developing best-in-class proposal practices and driving strategic growth in key client markets across California and the Western United States.

Responsibilities

Strategic Pre-Capture / Capture Responsibilities

• Co-Lead with Sectors strategy, Go / No-Go participation, client intel, competitive positioning, and winning themes.
• Support Sector VPs and BD teams in Middle Game / prepositioning efforts.
• Align pursuits with sector growth plans through coordination with operations and technical staff.

Qualifications

Pay Range : $110,000 - $125,000 per year

Work Location : Remote (California residents preferred)

Travel : Up to 10% travel to the Cordoba office locations in California

Visa Sponsorship : Legal authorization to work in the U.S.A. on a full-time basis without sponsorship
