SkyWater hasbeen retained by a nationally recognized, family-owned manufacturer and technology innovator is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its enterprise-wide technology strategy and digital transformation. With operations spanning multiple sites across North America, this organization combines precision engineering, advanced manufacturing, and proprietary software to deliver industry-leading building solutions.

The CTO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing enterprise IT, operational technology (OT), cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, and a growing proprietary software platform. This executive will shape the technology vision, modernize infrastructure, and drive innovation that fuels both operational excellence and commercial growth.
