RCM Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for a RCM Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary expert for assigned RCM implementation projects

Guide customers through onboarding, including ERA and EDI enrollments

Configure billing rules and payer setups for customer accounts

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on medical billing experience (behavioral health preferred)

3+ years in customer service or account management

Experience in denial management and claim structure

Prior project management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor's degree preferred
