10-4 Logistics USA is seeking experienced CDL‑A long haul drivers to operate reefer routes. This position offers competitive weekly pay, predictable home time, and modern equipment with predominantly no‑touch freight.
Compensation and schedule
- Pay : $1,600–$2,100 per week.
- $0.65-$0.75 per mile
- Typical mileage : Approximately 2,500–3,000 miles per week.
- Schedule / home time : Home every 21 days for 3 days; may accumulate up to 12 days of home time.
Equipment and freight
Tractors : Late‑model Kenworth T680 tractors with automatic transmission.Trailers : Company‑provided refrigerated (reefer) trailers.Freight type : Primarily no‑touch and drop‑and‑hook assignments; occasional live load / unload as required.Primary duties and responsibilities
Safely operate company commercial motor vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations, hours‑of‑service requirements, and company policies.Complete assigned long haul routes and meet customer delivery instructions for refrigerated freight.Perform thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip vehicle inspections; promptly report defects or maintenance needs.Maintain accurate electronic logs and required driver paperwork in accordance with regulations.Execute drop‑and‑hook procedures and perform live load / unload duties when required.Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders regarding schedules, delays, and delivery details.Follow company procedures for fuel management, routing, cargo securement, and on‑road safety; report accidents, safety concerns, or compliance issues immediately.Minimum qualifications
Valid, current Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).At least 3 months of tractor‑trailer over‑the‑road (OTR) driving experience within the last 36 months.Preferred qualifications
Experience operating refrigerated (reefer) equipment and managing temperature‑sensitive freight.Prior experience with drop‑and‑hook assignments and long haul operations.Professional demeanor, reliability, punctuality, and a demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.Benefits
