Knowledge of home healthcare practices, medication administration, and patient care standards. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Flexible schedule to accommodate field supervision, staff training, and client visits. Primarily Monday – Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team as a Field Nurse Supervisor . You will lead and mentor a team of home health aides, personal care aides, and nurses, ensuring high-quality care for clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise, mentor, and support paraprofessional staff in the field.
- Conduct in-home supervision, competency assessments, and on-the-job training.
- Ensure compliance with care standards, safety protocols, and agency policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement client care plans.
- Provide guidance on complex clinical cases and emergency situations.
