Job Description

Job Title : Field Nurse Supervisor – Home Care

Location : Bronx, NY

Employment Type : Full-Time / Permanent

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team as a Field Nurse Supervisor . You will lead and mentor a team of home health aides, personal care aides, and nurses, ensuring high-quality care for clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise, mentor, and support paraprofessional staff in the field.
Conduct in-home supervision, competency assessments, and on-the-job training.
Ensure compliance with care standards, safety protocols, and agency policies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement client care plans.
Provide guidance on complex clinical cases and emergency situations.

Qualifications :

Current New York State RN license required.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.

1+ year of nursing experience in acute care or home care; supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge of home healthcare practices, medication administration, and patient care standards.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Shift & Schedule :

Flexible schedule to accommodate field supervision, staff training, and client visits.

Primarily Monday – Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $115,000 – $125,000 annually
