Key Responsibilities

Patient Evaluation & Treatment

Assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional abilities.

Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities with patient comfort and dignity in mind.

Patient Education & Support

Educate patients and families on therapy benefits and home exercise programs.

Offer encouragement and guidance throughout the recovery process.

Collaboration

Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Documentation

Maintain accurate, detailed progress notes and communicate updates to the care team.

Professional Development

Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and maintain required continuing education.

Qualifications

Current Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license.

1 year of home health preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
