A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to manage global benefits and leave programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage health, welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits, serving as an escalation point for employee inquiries
Analyze data to provide actionable insights and support leadership decisions
Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and assist with global compliance research and audits
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive benefits administration experience, preferably with global exposure
Expertise in U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs
Advanced proficiency in Workday and Excel
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
CEBS or similar certifications are a bonus
