Licensed Residential Electrician - Construction / Remodel

What You’ll Do :

• Install full residential electrical systems to NEC and local code.
• Interpret and work from blueprints.
• Lead and train apprentices on job sites.
• Coordinate with general contractors and other trades.
• Keep your vehicle and inventory organized.
• Communicate material needs to the office.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites.
• Take progress photos and documentation.
• Collect customer payments when needed.
• Represent Lighthouse with honesty and courtesy.

What We’re Looking For :

Active Kentucky Journeyman Electrician License.

4+ years of residential construction experience.

Strong code knowledge and blueprint fluency.

Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Commitment to quality, not just speed.

Strong communication skills.

Team-first mentality and a positive attitude.
