Job Description :

We Are Seeking a highly experienced technical analyst with strong project-management capabilities and deep expertise in the design and implementation of eligibility systems for SNAP and TANF programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background supporting mid-to-large-scale human services enterprise systems, along with extensive knowledge of USDA-FNS guidelines and state-government program operations. This role requires the ability to collaborate with program and technical stakeholders, oversee full project life cycles, manage development release planning, and ensure that system requirements, enhancements, and mandates are accurately interpreted and implemented.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and provide subject matter expertise on automated eligibility determination systems, including SNAP, TANF, SNAP E&T, Benefits, and Benefit Recovery.
• Oversee project life cycles, release planning, and technical implementation activities.
• Provide recommendations regarding system and process enhancements.
• Interpret, design, and implement federal and state mandates into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with program areas and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and update technical and functional documentation, including procedures, policies, and process materials.
• Supply technical leadership and direction, including defining standards, resolving issues, and supporting process refinement.
• Lead development teams and participate in architectural discussions involving Mainframe CICS, Linux platforms, and related technologies.
• Apply advanced data analytics techniques using relational databases to support reporting, compliance, and system performance needs.
