Ability to follow escrow procedures and an awareness of regulations governing the escrow process. 1-2 years of escrow processing experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents related to the initiation or closing of residential escrows, alleviating branches of high volume paperwork. Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers. Perform work similar to that of an associate-level employee, with tasks that may be slightly more complex due to greater experience and knowledge. Assist in the opening and closing of escrows. Salary Type : Hourly Salary Min : $ 19 Salary Max : $ 19 Currency Type : USD
Job description :
