Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
• Minimum 3+ years of experience performing inspections in NYC (varied in size and complexity)
• Strong understanding of Chapter 17 of the NYC Building Code and related inspection requirements
