We are looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter with 5-8 years of recruiting experience to build and own the recruiting strategy for our client's go-to-market teams. This person will be instrumental in scaling the team from ~20 to 70+ people while maintaining an exceptional talent bar, playing a crucial role in their rapid growth as they aim to become a leader in AI for IT teams.
What will you be doing?
- Design and execute high-impact hiring initiatives for GTM roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Partner closely with founders and GTM leadership to define ideal candidate profiles and prioritize hiring needs.
- Drive outbound sourcing efforts to build top-of-funnel pipelines through various channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
- Help build out and scale recruiting systems, processes, and tools in an early-stage, gritty environment.
What you need to have to qualify :
5 - 6 years of experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, with a focus on Account Executives and building recruitment functions.Experience recruiting at fast-growing Series A-E startups.Built GTM teams in high-growth, outbound-driven environments.Strong network of sales and marketing professionals in Silicon Valley.Work from San Francisco HQ, 5 days / week.
