Key Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives

Monitor sales performance and ensure quota attainment

Develop and execute a consistent customer acquisition strategy for growth

Required Qualifications

BA / BS Degree

5+ years in software and / or applications sales

2-5 years of sales leadership experience

Solid track record of recruiting and developing a high-performing sales organization

Experience selling to HR leadership and executives preferred
